About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support the corporate finance function within a well‑established organization operating in the energy and industrial services sector. This role works closely with senior finance leadership and plays a key part in monthly close, financial reporting, and forward‑looking analysis.

Day in the Life

Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including budget vs. forecast variance analysis and trend identification
Perform detailed general ledger, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Partner with operations and management to investigate expense variances and provide actionable financial insights
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, SOX control testing, ad‑hoc reporting, and special projects as needed
Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while adhering to internal policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
2–4 years of accounting or finance experience preferred
Strong income statement analysis skills to support monthly close
Exposure to oil & gas or industrial operations is a plus
Experience with a large ERP system (SAP preferred)
