Job Title: Analyst, Credit_CUS Employment Type: Contract Work Hours: 35 hrs./week Work site: Hybrid Location: Melville, NY, United States ROLE DESCRIPTION Research, plans and evaluates the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures or methodologies through review and evaluation of detailed data. A developing professional, working towards full proficiency in the job role. Receives general instruction from managers on expected work outcomes and exercises good judgment in day-to-day matters. Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager, but may report to a senior professional individual contributor when business needs dictate. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, 3 to 5 years of related experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Approves or disapproves the extension of credit within pre-established guidelines for all customers in the designated geographic region. Analyses and reports on write-off activity. Collects past due payments and ensures fair, courteous and prompt handling of collection matters in order to provide for the turnover of accounts receivable. Conference with the credit, sales and other managers concerning the status of customer accounts and actions to be initiated on delinquent accounts. Monitors and communicate credit concerns to management.
