record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
* Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required
* In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
* Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and
externally
* Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
* Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
* Excellent written & verbal communication
* Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
