Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
- OR 4 years of job related work experience.
- OR 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related degree.
Required Work Experience:
- 2 years of IT Business Analysis experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Capture and document business requirements for PGBA systems.
- Conduct requirement gathering and documentation sessions with customers.
- Walk customers through documented requirements for validation and approval.
- Partner closely with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered accurately.
- Manage defects and troubleshooting activities.
- Work closely with the client organization to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Must understand claims processing workflows and business processes.
Required / Preferred Skills & Technologies:
- Strong understanding of claims processing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience with:
- Visio
- MS Project
- Excel
- MS Word
- SharePoint
Nice to Have:
- Operations experience.
- Claims processing experience.
