As the Brand Advocate Analyst on the Enterprise Product Management team, you'll analyze
Best Buy's category performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll partner with
a vendor and internal teams to drive positive customer experiences and increase Best Buy's
customer satisfaction, revenue and market share. You'll contribute to content strategy,
guidelines and best practices while identifying industry trends.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed
on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. The
specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will
provide additional details during the hiring process.

What you'll do
* Deliver engaging, differentiated brand content on behalf of your assigned vendor that
meets Best Buy's style guide standards
* Offering industry expertise in product data and digital experiences
* Provide updates on product attributes, asset management and digital experiences
throughout the product lifecycle
* Analyze content performance provide recommendations to enhance customer
experience, improve conversion and grow incremental revenue
* Escalate any issues or non-compliance situations through the appropriate channels
* Maximize performance through effective partnerships and collaboration among peers
and cross-functional teams.

Basic qualifications
* 1 year of experience in e-commerce, retail, marketing, merchandising, data analytics, or
demand planning
* 1 year of analytical and problem-solving experience
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office: Abilities to include v-lookups, pivot tables
and formulas
* Proven ability to influence without authority

Preferred qualifications
* 2 years of experience in e-commerce, product content management, or data
management
* 2 years of basic data analysis experience with the ability to provide recommendations
* 2 years of vendor/third party relationship management
* Experience presenting to various levels within an organization
