Analysts are expected to provide extraordinary customer service by preparing financial analyses and or offering memorandums through a detailed, orderly presentation of the data, facts and figures that can lead an investor to make a well-educated decision about the sale of commercial real estate. Candidates will display an outstanding academic record and have excellent communication and organizational skills; being comfortable working within a diverse, collaborative and driven professional environment and liaising with both internal and external clients, team members and senior deal makers. Candidates are expected to have first class Microsoft Excel and modeling skills with the ability to do discounted cash flow analyses. Argus software proficient is a plus with a proven record of achievement. A minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate analytical experience is preferred.
