Job Summary: The CMBS Asset Management Analyst supports the active management of a portfolio of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (“CMBS”) subordinate bond investments. The role focuses on loan‑ and property‑level credit analysis, identifying emerging credit risks, and value preservation across performing and non-performing assets. The Analyst works closely with senior investment professionals to support controlling‑class decisions, loan workouts, approvals, and broader portfolio strategy. Essential Functions:

Actual base salary will be determined by several components, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills and qualifications, base salary of internal peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and a variety of financial, wellbeing, and health / welfare benefits.
