Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst - End-to-End Planning
Location: West Chester, PA
Duration: 24+ months
Pay Range: $48/hr - $52.80/hr

Job Description:
As part of the Client Synthes TECA End-to-End Planning organization, the Senior Planning Analyst will serve as an individual contributor responsible to lead the identification, design, and implementation of standardized, scalable planning processes that simplify work, improve decision quality, and increase organizational capacity. The role requires deep planning expertise and the ability to convert business needs into structured solutions across process, data, reporting, and systems. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in planning transformation, standardization, and simplification, along with hands-on capability in analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Pharmaceutical procedures and guidelines, this position:
o Lead planning standardization and simplification to increase team capacity by defining standard work, simplifying workflows, and aligning ways of working across planners and processes.
o Deploys automation and exception-based reporting to reduce manual work by building dashboards, self-service analytics, and repeatable reporting solutions that focus planner attention on the highest-value decisions.
o Builds scalable launch planning processes that support portfolio growth by creating clear launch inputs, timelines, ownership, and cross-functional handoffs that reduce disruption to base business.
o Improves planning data, parameters, and reporting reliability to strengthen decision-making by using root-cause analysis, governance routines, and structured problem solving to improve signal quality and reduce avoidable planner rework.
o Understands and applies Pharmaceutical’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
o Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
o Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Experience and Education:
o A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
o A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, end-to-end planning, supply planning, demand planning, planning excellence, or a related analytical role in process optimization is required.
o Proven experience leading process standardization, simplification, reporting transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives with measurable business impact is required.
o Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process excellence, or structured transformation methodologies is preferred.

Required:
o Advanced proficiency in Client Excel and strong capability to build structured analyses, templates, and repeatable reporting solutions in support of planning execution and decision-making.
o Process improvement and collaboration: Skilled in challenging the status quo and evaluating processes for enhancements in speed, productivity, and quality; adept at building collaborative relationships and employing continuous improvement tools.
o Experience with SAP, OMP, Kinaxis, or other planning / ERP platforms
o Experience with Power BI, Fabric, Alteryx, or similar analytics and automation tools
o Hands-on experience applying automation, digital, or AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual workload, improve insight generation, or strengthen decision support.

Preferred:
o Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning concepts, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, scenario analysis, planning master data, and planning parameter governance.
o Experience improving planning performance through exception-based management, parameter optimization, reporting automation, or workflow redesign.
o Demonstrated curiosity and practical application of digital and AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, accelerate insight generation, or reduce manual workload.
