On-site Supply Planning Join our team in Franklin Lakes, NJ, where you will be responsible for managing a global supply plan for assigned products to maximize service levels to customers and optimize working capital spend, in line with global business guidelines and directions. Ensure global supply by translating business & inventory needs into supply requirements, ultimately supplying to the commercial regions (US, Canada, EMEA, LATAM & CASAJ). Engage with regional planning teams on managing long-term product supply shortages, setting up multi-echelon inventory targets, and supporting manual allocation strategies for fair share deployment. Operational Management Adjust purchase orders (receipts) to reflect accurate supply visibility to regional teams. Track shipments to regions to ensure each step is done appropriately and in a timely manner. Make allocation proposals during short supply situations and manage allocations in LOTS/SAP. Expedite supply orders when needed. Manage Planning Master Data to support accurate information flow to Regions and Plant. Work closely with the plant to understand capacity resources, LTP, and lead product changes and launches. IBP & S&OE Process Facilitation As a key player of the IBP process, set up monthly plant Supply consensus with manufacturing sites and participate in the Long-Term Planning (LTP) process. Ensure timely collection and review of information required to accurately determine the global allocation plan. Execute allocation plans/supply responses from the Integrated Business Planning Process to regional supply chain teams. Lead S&OE meetings with the Plant, validating weekly volume changes and raising major variances. Lead S&OE meetings with Regions and Global planners to update them on supply matters, providing inventory projections for respective product ranges considering Global Demand & Production plans. Business Performance Management Responsible for achieving global performance metrics of Backorder, Line fill, and Inventory levels of the portfolio. Support the business launch strategy from a supply chain point of view, including start-up of lines for stock build and shelf-life management. Support continuous improvement and cost reduction or efficiency initiatives. Execute manual allocation of products to regional distribution hubs. Work with regional supply chain teams to achieve an optimal distribution network and maintain a key coordination point with local warehouse management and transportation functions. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations. 5 years of experience in Supply Planning. Experienced and demonstrated working knowledge of SAP (APO, SCM DP/SP or other tools). Knowledge of Kinaxis would be a plus. Strong data analytics skills in Excel and Power BI. Tangible & proven experience with inventory management and network optimization. Knowledge and awareness of Lean techniques and Six Sigma. Competencies Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communications, customer focus, and professionalism. Strong listening, questioning, problem-solving, and assessment skills. Must have knowledge of demand, supply, and transportation planning. Demonstrated customer-centric focus. Diligent individual with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. Certifications APICS Certification is a plus.
