This is an especially terrific opportunity for someone who is pursuing an education or STEM-related career. AmeriCorps members sign an agreement to complete a term of service. You will be expected to complete a minimum of 300 service hours throughout your term.
This position will provide a living allowance of $4,800 paid over the term of service. The $4,800 stipend will be split up and paid on a bi-weekly basis (every other week) basis during your term of service. NOTE: You will not be paid hourly.
In addition, an Education Award of $1,565.08 will be awarded upon successful completion.
