Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and how we can meet them.
Needs Analysis: Thoroughly assess clients' needs to recommend appropriate insurance products.
Policy Administration: Manage client policies, from updates to renewals, ensuring continuous coverage satisfaction.
Sales Development: Identify new sales opportunities through networking and client referrals.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed of changes in insurance regulations and new product offerings.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business partnerships.
Licensing: Active Missouri Property & Casualty License is preferred. Licensing Assistance is available.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
