The ambulatory clinical informatics associate is responsible for supporting our clinical users in the outpatient setting, including medical group offices, some hospital-based clinics and other care settings in the non-acute space. Under minimal supervision is able to provide support physicians and other clinical care team members through face-to-face interaction, virtual interaction, and asynchronous support. Assists in deliver, training and support of clinical applications, solutions, standardized workflows and business processes to meet the clinical and operational needs. This teammate will foster and maintain relationships with the clinical teams they support and serve as a liaison to the IT teams to promote safe, effective and efficient use of our clinical systems. Assists our clinical users in the personalization and optimization of the user experience. Collaborates with other members within the clinical informatics team to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as contribute to workflow analysis and design for projects within the region. Communicates effectively to ensure adoption and provide ongoing education to improve the user experience. Collaborates with the clinical informatics and application teams to fully test new functionality to ensure seamless implementation.
