What You Will Do
As a Line Cook you will
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
Maintain consistency quality and presentation of all dishes
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with inventory prep work and kitchen organization
Maintain cleanliness of workstations equipment and kitchen areas
Support a positive and respectful team environment
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking team members who are
Experienced and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
Strong team players with effective communication skills
Detail oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
At least 2 years of kitchen or line cook experience
Certifications Requirement
Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions
This is a physically demanding role Candidates must be able to
Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds kitchen equipment and supplies
Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
Work safely in a hot fast paced kitchen environment
Handle knives equipment and cleaning chemicals safely
Maintain stamina and focus during peak service hours
