Position Overview:
As a Fry Cook / Back of House (BOH) team member, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. You'll prepare and execute food and sauce recipes according to Starbird standards, while upholding cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items using fryers, grills, and ovens
- Follow all recipes and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
