Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, managing orders, providing recommendations, and addressing queries.
- Order Accuracy: Taking, communicating, and delivering food and beverage orders promptly.
- Buffet/Station Maintenance: Setting up and replenishing buffets, cleaning tables, and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhering to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Payment Handling: Processing payments accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Experience: Previous food service experience is preferred, but many roles provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Excellent communication, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and basic math skills for payments.
- Availability: Morning, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
- Physical: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift trays.
