Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking an AM Bartender for the Club Bar who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Provides exceptional service for all guests and work to build relationships with returning guests.
- Makes suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages to include liquors and wines as well as knowledge of proper cocktail preparation techniques.
General Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a 5-Star or luxury environment as a Bartender.
- Availability to work mornings, Full Time.
- Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification.
- Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information.
- Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Level one Sommelier certification or Mixology degree a plus
