Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable Allstate products.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.

Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes and policy proposals.

Process new business applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall agency success.

Stay informed about Allstate's products, services, and industry best practices.


Requirements

Active Texas Property & Casualty License.

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using sales and customer management software.
