We are expanding to add a life insurance specialist to cover our agencies! We are seeking a passionate, self-driven sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives to sell, market, and service our life insurance and supplemental insurance products to existing clients and new customers.

Responsibilities

Prospect for life insurance opportunities through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and existing client relationships

Conduct needs-based conversations to identify protection gaps and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions

Quote, present, and close life insurance policies with a consultative and customer-focused approach

Follow up consistently with prospects, pending applications, and current customers for additional opportunities

Cross-sell life insurance to existing auto, home, and other personal lines clients

Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and activity in the agency CRM

Meet agency expectations for activity, production, and issued life insurance policies


Requirements

Active insurance license required, or ability to obtain required licensing within a set timeframe

Prior sales experience preferred, with insurance or financial services experience as a plus

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone and in person

Ability to explain life insurance products clearly and recommend solutions based on client needs

Strong follow-up habits, organization, and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment

Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable to performance expectations
