The Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As a Insurance Sales Representative you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead databases
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Create personalized insurance quotes and present tailored coverage options
Educate clients about products and protection programs
Close sales
Top producers who sell at least 2 policies per day consistently earn six figures
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (required) life license a plus
Prior insurance sales experience preferred
Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient with computer and internet programs, will use agent portals.
