Were seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate new business, retain clients, and contribute to the continued success of our agency.   • Base pay of $40,000 with first-year earnings around $60,000

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Educate and advise customers on insurance options and coverage
  • Manage policy changes, renewals, and follow-ups
  • Cross-sell products to existing customers
  • Support the sales team and contribute to agency goals
  • Provide excellent service through consistent communication and follow-up

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
