Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client requirements.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
Meet and exceed established sales goals and objectives.
Must have a valid New York State Property and Casualty Insurance License (or be willing to obtain one immediately).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
A drive to succeed and a competitive spirit, often seen in former athletes.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
Comfort and proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
