Responsibilities
Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements.
Respond to inquiries and provide quotes for a range of insurance products.
Develop and present tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or products that benefit clients.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads and existing policies.
Active Illinois Property & Casualty License (Required)
Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the insurance sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers identify their insurance needs.
Comfort and proficiency using modern sales and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
