In this role, you will connect with prospects, follow up on leads, and present insurance solutions that meet their needs through phone, video, and digital communication.   • First-year expected earnings of $70,000 - $90,000, with top performers earning $120,000+
  • Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospects
  • Follow up with leads and maintain organized records
  • Quote insurance policies for prospective clients
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
  • Track activity and manage opportunities effectively

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty insurance license is required
  • Previous Allstate experience required
  • At least 1 year of prior insurance sales experience
  • Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
  • Organized with good time management
  • Self-motivated and consistent in follow-up
  • Comfortable working toward sales goals
