Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Assist policyholders with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing.
- Provide accurate information about Allstate products and services.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our valued clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or insurance-related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
