Outbound Calls Sales Position roughly 100 - 120+ daily Outbound Calls

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Assist policyholders with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing.
  • Provide accurate information about Allstate products and services.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our system.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our valued clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or insurance-related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
