Were seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who is service-driven and detail-oriented. This role is centered on delivering an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to add value through coverage solutions. You will support both new and existing clients by handling policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews. This is a Monday through Friday role with no evenings or weekends, offering a structured environment with strong mentorship and development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients
  • Process policy changes and handle billing inquiries
  • Conduct customer policy reviews
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Welcome and assist customers in the office

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
