Salary Range: $48200.00 - $136300.00 per year

- Work inbound and outbound leads using a structured, proven talk path
- Leverage existing Allstate product knowledge to close faster
- Hit daily and monthly production targets consistently
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and accountability check-ins
- Maintain accurate records in the agency CRM
- Active P&C License or Personal Lines License
- Prior Allstate sales experience this is who we are hiring
