Position: Allied Healthcare Recruiter (1099 Independent Contractor)

Talented Medical Solutions is a Joint Commission-certified, nurse-owned healthcare staffing agency specializing in travel healthcare staffing, PRN staffing, allied health, and workforce solutions nationwide. We are expanding our Allied Healthcare division and are looking for experienced recruiters who are motivated to build their own book of business while earning uncapped commissions.
If you have experience recruiting Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, COTAs, SLPs, Respiratory Therapists, Imaging professionals, or other allied healthcare clinicians, we'd love to have you join our team.
You will recruit healthcare professionals including, but not limited to:
Physical Therapists (PT)
Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)
Occupational Therapists (OT)
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
Speech Language Pathologists (SLP)
Respiratory Therapists (RRT/CRT)
Radiology Technologists
CT Technologists
MRI Technologists
Ultrasound Technologists
Laboratory Professionals
Pharmacy Professionals
Other Allied Healthcare Clinicians
Source and recruit qualified allied healthcare professionals nationwide.
Conduct candidate interviews and screenings.
Match clinicians with travel, local contract, and PRN assignments.
Maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
Build long-term relationships with clinicians.
Accurately document candidate activity within our ATS.
Collaborate with credentialing and compliance teams.
Meet weekly recruiting and submission goals.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Recruiters receive:

Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience preferred
Experience recruiting allied healthcare professionals
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently
Knowledge of travel healthcare staffing is a plus
Successful recruiters are expected to:
Make consistent daily recruiting outreach
Conduct candidate interviews
Submit qualified clinicians weekly
Maintain accurate ATS documentation
Build a reliable pipeline of healthcare professionals
