Description:
• Join our team as a dedicated Allergy Advanced Practice Provider in an outpatient setting in Suffern, NY. 
• This full-time role requires varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month. 
• The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in allergy management and a strong interest in oral immunotherapy.

Requirements:
• Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Conduct and interpret allergy testing.
• Administer allergen and oral immunotherapy.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients.
• Manage acute allergic reactions in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR.

Qualifications:
• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in allergy, immunology, or primary care.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
