At LEARN, we believe that strong systems create strong outcomes for students. We are seeking a highly organized, solutions-oriented, and collaborative Special Education/Systems Manager to support the Office of Student Support Services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating complex processes, and wants to play an essential role in ensuring students receive high-quality special education services.

As a key member of our team, you will help manage the systems, logistics, communication, and operational processes that support educators, service providers, students, and families across our programs.

What Youll Do Day-to-Day

Coordinate Special Education Processes

  • Schedule and manage PPT, Section 504, MTSS, CST, and other student support meetings.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain associated documentation, records, timelines, and correspondence.
  • Monitor compliance requirements and ensure timely completion of special education reporting.

Manage Systems, Records, and Data

  • Maintain accurate student records consistent with Custodian of Records requirements.
  • Serve as a resource for case managers, special educators, and related service providers regarding documentation and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain organizational systems that support efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.

Support School Operations and Logistics

  • Assist with program logistics, transportation coordination, and operational systems that support safe and effective services.
  • Maintain inventories of instructional materials, supplies, equipment, and capital assets.
  • Support the development of schedules, brochures, communications, and announcements.

Foster Strong Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, districts, and community partners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across programs and departments.
  • Contribute to school and departmental initiatives that build capacity and improve services.

Leverage Technology for Success

  • Utilize technology platforms and databases to support program administration, record keeping, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with maintaining and improving systems that support teaching, learning, and service delivery.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Student Support Services Administration.
  • Report directly to Student Support Services Administration.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree and/or equivalent related experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to travel to LEARN schools, program sites, and partner districts as needed.
