35-HOURS PER WEEK

STARTING SALARY 68998.00 Step 1-84214.00 Step 6

CURRENT MEMBERS OF NAGE R1-200 WILL BE GIVEN FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain detailed records of inventory changes and record in the data base and spreadsheet

Invoice reconciliation

Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and

maintain strict records

Perform regularly scheduled audits of the facilitys entire inventory

Provide audit reports to supervisor

File item returnscredits claims withappropriate vendors as needed for defective merchandise

Processing of invoices using the Munis Financial System

Order andmaintain inventory of employee uniforms

Manage Shipping and Receiving Office in collaboration with the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Maintain compliance with FederalState and local regulationspertaining to School Nutrition Programs

General office clerical duties

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate

Clerical and accounting experience

Detailed oriented

Strong organizational skills

Familiarity with inventory control devices - barcode scanner

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Understanding and comprehension of basic math operations

Knowledge of and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on EXCEL

Knowledge and experience with the Munis Financial System
