NOTICE OF VACANCY
POSITION: Crossing Guard
LOCATION: District
SALARY: $21.08 per hour (Non-union / No Benefits)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of traffic regulations.
- Physical strength and agility sufficient to work and stand out of doors in inclement weather.
- Possess a valid Connecticut driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a job related physical examination on an annual basis.
- Ability to exercise judgment and be alert to detect possible dangers.
- Ability and willingness to work in the open and under varying climatic conditions.
- Ability to work with children and the general public.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
