Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal All Inclusive Supervisor to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As an All Inclusive Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

$18.00 - $20.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Oversee inventory and ensure all areas are properly stocked
• Assist with the training, and development of the all inclusive team members
• Inspect dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Communicates with All Inclusive guests professionally and courteously, answering questions, elevating any concerns to management
• Perform other duties as assigned

More about you

• Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
• Strong knowledge of food and wine
• Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss statements
• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
