Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a Supervisor for an International Airline in George Bush Intercontinental Airport, TX (IAH).

The Airline Supervisor assists the Airline Account Manager with the airlines operational and administrative processes while coordinating with the airline client station manager to meet high quality standards.

Minimum 18 months of Airline Experience is preferred. Strong leadership abilities, excellent focus on Customer and Client satisfaction, and the ability to work morning, afternoon, and/or night shifts are also required.

Must be able to work harmoniously in a team environment. Strong leadership but stronger team player is essential. Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively verbally and in writing are also necessary.

Thorough knowledge of airport operations, arrivals, departures, ticket counter, and basic knowledge of airline reservations are required. Ability to solve basic problems within the operation (Delays, Cancellations, etc.) is also necessary.

Computer typing and ticketing experience are required. Able to operate independently and work varied hours.
