Airline Catering Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead daily airline catering operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Enforce compliance with policies, supervise flight activities, and oversee aircraft loading.
  
• Manage team scheduling, delegate tasks, and provide training to uphold safety and service standards.
  
• Conduct safety briefings, monitor use of PPE, and perform safety checks and reporting.
  
• Coordinate catering and equipment logistics, maintain logs, and communicate operational updates.
  
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring SLA adherence.
  
• Qualifications include at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and physical ability to handle lifting tasks.
