Duct-Tec is seeking a dependable and hardworking Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, a great team environment, and plenty of room to grow within the company.
We service both residential and commercial clients, providing top-quality air duct and dryer vent cleaning. No prior experience is needed — we will train the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
Perform air duct and dryer vent cleanings in homes and commercial buildings
Inspect ductwork for dirt, debris, damage, or mold
Operate duct cleaning tools and vacuums (training provided)
Maintain and organize equipment and company vehicle
Educate customers on air quality solutions when appropriate
Complete daily reports and documentation accurately
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics or crawl spaces
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
Must pass background check and drug screening
HVAC experience a plus, but not required
