Position Overview


As a Lead Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician, you will perform residential and commercial air duct and dryer vent cleaning services while delivering outstanding customer care. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, leadership potential, and a willingness to work in physically active environments.


You will be trained in industry-leading cleaning methods and equipment while helping improve indoor air quality and safety for our customers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
  • Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with customers on-site
  • Lead job-site operations while maintaining quality standards
  • Inspect systems and identify potential issues or recommendations
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other confined areas when necessary
  • Climb ladders and lift equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
  • Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math and problem-solving abilities
  • HVAC, maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred
  • Previous air duct cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
