We are seeking a highly motivated Air Cargo Project Manager & Commercial Support professional to support infrastructure improvements critical to the expansion of commercial and air cargo operations at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).
This role bridges Commercial and Capital Development, ensuring commercial site initiatives are technically sound, strategically aligned, and executed in coordination with airport stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate development of commercial and air cargo infrastructure projects. Serve as a technical and operational resource to the Commercial Department while facilitating cross-departmental alignment, primarily with Capital Development.
The ideal candidate brings aviation infrastructure experience, commercial development awareness, and the ability to navigate both technical and business environments within an institutional setting.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
10 15 years of experience in aviation, commercial development, facilities, or related infrastructure environments
Experience supporting institutional entities (airports, universities, or multi-site operations)
Strong knowledge of program implementation and site development
Working knowledge of contract negotiation and administration
Experience with project controls platforms (eBuilder preferred)
Proficiency in standard business and project management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively across departments and stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to recognize organizational needs and proactively engage without direction
Coordinate development of multiple commercial and air cargo sites, tracking schedule, cost, engineering, and environmental considerations
Serve as liaison between Commercial and Capital Development to align technical execution with business objectives
Provide updates and reports to PHL leadership on project status and risks
Support implementation of document review and design tracking systems for capital and tenant projects
Provide technical consultation to Commercial Department initiatives and programs
Assist in preparation of presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders
Support administration of commercial development projects and tenant relationships
Perform additional assignments as required
