    KBR is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager to join our team. This position supports the DoD International AIMS Program Office. This is a full-time supervisory position located at Robins AFB.

    The candidate should be an experienced and successful project manager. The successful candidate should enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, as well as, dedicated to the success of our customers and their mission needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • The candidate must work well with a geographically dispersed team and customer.
    • The candidate must be assertive in capturing key inputs and data to incorporate into various products on a daily basis.
    • The candidate must also have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening).
    • Proficiency with developing presentations (PowerPoint) and written documents for executive-level review and consumption is necessary.
    • Familiarity with DoD 5000.02 acquisition policies and processes, is a plus, but not required. Likewise, familiarity with DoD and international military protocols, customs, and courtesies, is a plus, but not required.
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Responsible for direct management of Project Cost, Schedule, and Performance
    • Organize project and task workloads and select most qualified individuals for assignments on specific projects
    • Acts as the primary liaison between the KBR contract manager and the Government PM
    • Acts as primary liaison between Program Planning and Control and other functional groups and resolves any issues regarding project planning
    • Responsible for the training, motivation, and discipline of assigned employees
    • Develop and manage team members' annual goals and related assessments
    • Develop, review, and submit project deliverables, to include monthly status reports
    • Develop, review, and deliver high-level, professional products for the government (e.g. certification packages, acquisition documents, and briefing materials to support weekly meetings and PMRs)
    • Use of Microsoft Office suite of applications/tools to develop and publish products for senior leadership review, coordination, and approval
    • Draft professional correspondence on behalf of government for wide distribution to key mission stakeholders at tactical and strategic levels
    • Preparing government customers for meetings and engagements, ensuring all relevant information is conveyed and fully understood to support discussions and decision-making

    Work Environment:

    • Location: On-Site, Warner-Robins AFB, GA
    • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
    • Working Hours: Standard

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience
    • DoD Clearance Requirement: Secret
    • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills is a must
    • Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations
    • Effective, proven ability in decision making, problem solving, and influencing others
    • Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment demonstrating solid independent judgment
    • Knowledgeable in the application of distribution statements and CUI application and controls

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with DoD 5000.02 acquisition policies
    • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent
    • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience
