Overview


T12 Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI and large language model (LLM) solutions. This is a hands-on architecture role for a senior consultant who has taken multiple AI systems from concept to production at enterprise scale and can translate complex business requirements into robust, secure, and maintainable technical designs. The Architect will provide technical direction across the engagement and partner with implementation engineers, business analysts, and project leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.



Key Responsibilities



Solution Architecture & Design


•     Design end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI and LLM-based solutions, including data pipelines, model integration, orchestration, and deployment patterns.


•     Define technical standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI implementation across the engagement.


•     Evaluate and select models, frameworks, and tooling appropriate to business and compliance requirements.



Technical Leadership


•     Lead architecture reviews and provide technical direction to implementation engineers and integration teams.


•     Partner with business stakeholders to align AI capabilities with measurable business outcomes.


•     Address scalability, security, cost, and governance considerations throughout the solution lifecycle.



Qualifications



Education


•     Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.


•     Master’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.



Experience


•     Minimum 5 years of experience architecting and deploying enterprise AI solutions, with demonstrated production LLM deployment experience.


•     Proven track record taking AI systems from concept to production at enterprise scale.


•     Experience providing technical direction to multidisciplinary delivery teams.



Skills & Competencies


•     Deep understanding of LLM application patterns, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation.


•     Strong grasp of data architecture, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure.


•     Ability to design secure, scalable AI systems within enterprise environments.


•     Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.



Preferred Qualifications


•     Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise ERP platforms.


•     Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, and compliance frameworks.


•     Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.



Working Conditions


•     Remote position with approximately one on-site visit per quarter; travel expenses reimbursed separately.


•     Must be able to participate in regular virtual collaboration across distributed project teams.


•     Must be able to meet deadlines and reporting cadences established by project leadership.
