AI Software Contract Sales Leader : 26-01290

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Sales Leader with strong experience in manufacturing or industrial technology to drive early customer adoption of a cutting-edge computer vision AI platform. This role requires a consultative seller who understands plant operations and can translate operational challenges into high-value AI-driven solutions. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy while building and closing an initial pipeline of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage existing industry network to open doors with manufacturing and industrial clients, particularly in automotive and related sectors
• Drive sales of paid pilots and initial deployments for edge-based and cloud AI products
• Translate manufacturing challenges into AI use cases such as defect detection, inspection, and process optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market messaging based on customer insights and feedback
• Build, manage, and progress a sales pipeline from prospecting through deal closure
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment while contributing to overall growth strategy

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience selling software solutions into manufacturing, industrial, or automation environments
• Proven track record of closing complex, solution-based deals
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage with plant managers, manufacturing engineers, and quality leaders
• Experience managing full sales cycle including pipeline generation and deal execution
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical solutions into business value

Industry Experience:

• Manufacturing, industrial automation, or automotive sectors required
• Experience with AI, computer vision, or machine vision technologies preferred
• Background in selling industrial software, edge computing, or cloud-based solutions is highly desirable
