Job Description:
Join our team as a lead in AI/ML, working remotely in a full-time capacity.
You will spearhead the development of AI and machine learning practices on a strategic data platform, combining technical leadership with hands-on architecture.
This role involves cross-product coordination and practical delivery, leveraging technologies like cloud platforms and machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Define and establish AI and data strategies to build capabilities for product teams.
Architect platforms for AI features across multiple products, including ML pipelines and model deployment.
Guide product teams on AI feasibility, data structuring, and decision-making between ML and simpler approaches.
Present technical strategies to executives and translate business problems into technical requirements.
Collaborate globally to capture and prioritize AI and data needs, ensuring delivery through shared patterns.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in data engineering, ML engineering, or hybrid AI/data roles with production experience.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to executives and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms and machine learning frameworks.
Proven ability to translate business problems into pragmatic AI/ML solutions.
Experience working across multiple product teams or engineering organizations.
