Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with advanced expertise in software development and AI/ML applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java or Python, hands-on experience with AI/ML production systems, and proficiency in modern AI orchestration frameworks and architectures. This role requires a deep understanding of API design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services, with a focus on building innovative and responsible AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software applications using Java or Python.
• Design and implement AI/ML applications in production environments.
• Work with RAG architectures, including chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, FAISS).
• Utilize AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
• Leverage AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude models, and model invocation APIs.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques, including system prompts, few-shot learning, chain-of-thought, and structured outputs.
• Build conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voicebots with speech-to-text and text-to-speech integration.
• Utilize AWS services like Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and SQS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Design APIs (REST, GraphQL) and develop microservices and event-driven systems.
• Evaluate LLM outputs using appropriate frameworks.
• Incorporate guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI practices into solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of software development experience in Java or Python.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML applications in production.
• Proficiency with AI/ML architectures and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
• Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven skills in prompt engineering and conversational AI development.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.
