Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an AI Lead Developer for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will develop, maintain, and enhance AI-powered .NET applications while ensuring operational stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AI Lead Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-powered .NET applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems while supporting new feature development and application enhancements.

• Monitor day-to-day application operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensure business continuity through proactive support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization to maintain application quality standards.

• Support deployments, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives while implementing best practices for AI and .NET development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in .NET application development, including AI/Generative AI solution development and support.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies, AI/GenAI integration, application enhancement, troubleshooting, and production support.

• Proven ability to develop scalable AI-powered applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure application stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $53.00 per hour
