Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI / Intelligent Automation Business Analyst to act as a strategic liaison between business lines and technology partners. This role is responsible for driving the delivery of complex business solutions through intelligent automation, AI, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will combine deep business acumen with advanced technical knowledge in AI/GenAI to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Business & Technology Liaison
Serve as a primary interface between lines of business and technology teams to deliver automated solutions for complex business challenges
Align Intelligent Automation (IA) initiatives with enterprise technology and business strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, strategic, and compliance objectives
Automation Strategy & Delivery
Support the development and continuous improvement of automation analysis and design methodology
Ensure methodologies, tools, policies, and procedures enable rapid implementation aligned with enterprise standards and release cycles
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, ensuring efficiency and minimizing risk exposure
Requirements & Agile Execution
Partner with subject matter experts to understand and document business processes
Translate business needs into clear user stories and manage/groom product backlogs
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and client needs
Participate in Agile development processes and support enterprise software delivery practices
Testing & Deployment
Support automation testing efforts and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Conduct product demonstrations and manage product acceptance processes
Ensure solutions comply with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Information Security standards
Risk Management & Governance
Proactively identify and communicate risks, bottlenecks, and issues to stakeholders
Recommend mitigation strategies while considering business and regulatory impacts
Ensure all solutions adhere to compliance, governance, and security requirements
Strategic Analysis & Innovation
Apply analytical, interpretive, and design thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and sophisticated analysis
Collaborate with Business Execution teams and leadership to advance strategic initiatives
AI & Technical Responsibilities
Translate business needs into technical requirements for AI/GenAI solutions
Lead collaboration with engineering teams to design and implement AI-driven workflows
Work with technologies such as:
LangChain / LangGraph
Google Agent Space
Microsoft Copilot Studio
Multi-agent orchestration platforms
Support deployment of AI/ML solutions within regulated environments
Requirements:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms
Experience designing and implementing AI/automation workflows with engineering teams
Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments
Strong background in Agile methodologies and enterprise software development
Familiarity with GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions
