JOB DESCRIPTION

The AI Implementation Analyst will be responsible for assessing, standardizing, and implementing AI tools and workflows across a small IT team within a real estate development environment.

This role is focused on bringing structure to currently fragmented AI usage by evaluating existing tools, identifying risks, and implementing a cohesive, secure, and scalable approach that improves efficiency, collaboration, and decision support.

The position will emphasize connecting AI-driven analysis to governed enterprise data sources rather than disconnected local files, ensuring consistency, compliance, and long-term scalability.
This role requires a hands-on resource capable of both strategic evaluation and practical implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assess current AI usage across the IT team, including tools, workflows, and use cases for analysis and decision support.
  • Identify where data is currently sourced (local files, external tools, enterprise systems) and evaluate associated risks and gaps.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI platforms and tools aligned to business, IT, and data governance requirements.
  • Define and implement a formal AI usage framework, including standards for prompting, workflows, and data interaction.
  • Establish best practices for connecting AI tools to enterprise data sources such as data warehouses, BI platforms, and governed internal systems.
  • Recommend and help implement standards for data access, security, privacy, and data quality.
  • Develop repeatable processes and workflows to ensure AI-driven analysis is consistent and not dependent on individual approaches.
  • Implement selected tools and integrate them into existing IT and data environments.
  • Develop shared resources such as prompt libraries, templates, and standardized workflows.
  • Train and support IT team members to drive adoption and consistent usage.
  • Monitor emerging AI capabilities and recommend continuous improvements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–7+ years of experience in IT, systems analysis, data, or technical operations.
  • Hands-on experience using multiple AI/LLM platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini).
  • Strong understanding of applying AI tools to real-world analysis and business decision support.
  • Experience working with data sources such as data warehouses, BI tools, or enterprise systems.
  • Experience evaluating and selecting technology solutions with consideration for security and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement tools, workflows, and standards in a team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting or implementing AI solutions at scale or within governed enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with data architecture concepts, including data pipelines, structured data access, and system integration.
  • Experience with automation tools, scripting, or API-based integrations.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance considerations related to AI usage.
  • Experience within real estate, construction, or project-based organizations.
