EliseAI is looking for an AI Engagement Manager to lead strategic relationships within our Ownership Group vertical — driving measurable value across large real estate portfolios. In this role, you'll help institutional owners and leading asset managers harness AIto transform operations, centralize decision-making, and improve asset performance.
You'll serve as a long-term strategic partner, guiding organizations through AI deployment, adoption, and ROI realization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that shapes how EliseAI delivers value at scale for owners.

Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000 ($147,500–$197,500 OTE). EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and commission for the role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
