The AI & Data Product Manager is the unifying leadership role at the heart of Teradyne’s AI and data strategy. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Data, you will partner with the Global CIO and Chief AI Officer to drive the AI transformation work in IT, while simultaneously manage the Enterprise Data team. By placing accountability for the IT’s AI portfolio and the enterprise data team in a single leader, Teradyne ensures that the people who build and operate the data foundation are directly aligned with the AI initiatives that depend on it. The result is a tightly connected feedback loop where AI program priorities directly shape the data platform roadmap, and platform investments accelerate AI delivery across the enterprise.

In managing the AI Portfolio for IT, you will maintain the AI program roadmap, enable cross-functional AI adoption, and drive program execution in IT with impact across Teradyne’s divisions. As product manager of the Enterprise Data Platform, you will define and drive the platform roadmap and institute AI capabilities throughout the data management lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation through to AI-ready feature engineering and model-ready dataset delivery.

As a people leader, you will be accountable for the organizational health, performance, and professional development of the Enterprise Data team. You will set team direction, build delivery capacity, manage hiring and contractor relationships, and cultivate a high-performing culture that embraces engineering excellence and continuous learning. You will ensure the team operates with clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and strong cross-functional partnerships across Teradyne’s business divisions.

Desired Business Outcomes:

+ Aligned delivery across the AI Capability and Enterprise Data Strategy programs, with a unified roadmap that eliminates duplication and accelerates enterprise-wide AI adoption.

+ AI capabilities integrated across the data platform and application architecture, ensuring that the data management lifecycle continuously produces AI-ready data and seamless access to corporate systems.

+ Accelerated adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform, enabling self-service consumption by business and IT engineering teams across Teradyne’s divisions.

+ A high-performing engaged Enterprise Data team with the skills, capacity, and organizational clarity to meet growing business demand for data and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ AI Enablement Program Management:

+ Partner with the Global CIO, Chief AI Officer, and Head of Enterprise Architecture and Data to drive the enterprise AI program, maintaining the integrated program roadmap and ensuring coordinated execution across all AI program workstreams.

+ Define and maintain the AI program backlog in collaboration with program partners, prioritizing capabilities based on strategic alignment, business impact, and ROI.

+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify high-impact AI use cases, assess feasibility, and sequence delivery for maximum enterprise-wide value.

+ Champion AI adoption through organizational change management, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions that build AI literacy and foster a culture of innovation across Teradyne’s divisions.

+ Track and communicate program progress, milestones, and outcomes; stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends, translating insights into actionable program strategies.

+ Enterprise Data Platform Management:

+ Institute AI capabilities throughout the data management lifecycle—spanning ingestion, transformation, quality, observability, and delivery—in partnership with Semiconductor Test, Robotics, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture.

+ Drive stakeholder management and prioritization across Teradyne’s divisions, communicating platform strategy and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Establish success metrics, KPIs, and adoption tracking for the Enterprise Data Platform; use data-driven insights to refine the product roadmap and continuously improve outcomes.

+ Govern platform cost, performance, and utilization in partnership with the team and FinOps, ensuring efficient and accountable consumption of cloud data resources.

+ Team & Organizational Leadership:

+ Lead, develop, and be accountable for a team of approximately 25 data professionals and associated contractors spanning data engineering, master data management, and analytics engineering.

+ Build and sustain a high-performing team culture grounded in engineering excellence, continuous learning, and a shared commitment to delivering AI-ready data at enterprise scale.

+ Own hiring decisions, onboarding, and talent development; manage contractor relationships and ensure appropriate resourcing to meet data delivery commitments.
