AI Enablement & Adoption Coordinator
Contract (1 Year + Possible Extension)
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Rat: $70-75 an hour on W2 (DOE)
We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on contractor to support the day-to-day operations of our AI learning and adoption programs.
In this role, you'll manage learning platform operations, coordinate AI learning initiatives and events, support our AI Champions network, and help ensure employees have a seamless learning experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys program coordination, operational excellence, and contributing to a high-impact AI transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Platform Administration
Manage and maintain the AI learning platform.
Upload and organize learning content.
Assign courses, track badges and completions, and resolve learner access issues.
Learning Content Coordination
Organize and maintain AI learning materials.
Support the development and publication of content related to AI tools, responsible AI, and AI Guiding Principles.
Learning & Engagement Events
Coordinate logistics for AI learning sessions, workshops, and events.
Manage scheduling, communications, registrations, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
AI Champions Program
Support the administration of the AI Champions network.
Onboard new champions, coordinate communications, and monitor engagement across business units.
Reporting & Analytics
Track learning progress, badge completions, and AI adoption metrics.
Prepare reports and dashboards to support leadership updates.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with the Office of AI team to support communications, program rollouts, and AI adoption initiatives across the organization.
