We operate two active retail locations and need someone who can consistently bring people through the door and generate inbound demand.

This is not a “marketing assistant” role.

You will own execution across channels and be responsible for real outcomes:

• More store visits
• More inbound leads
• Better-performing campaigns

We operate two locations and are focused on growing the business in a controlled, consistent way—without unnecessary complexity.

What You Will Own

• Driving store traffic through campaigns, promotions, and events
• Generating inbound leads across digital channels
• Executing:
  • Social media
  • Email campaigns (ActiveCampaign)
  • Website updates
  • Basic paid ads support
• Coordinating in-store events and promotions
• Managing manufacturer co-op marketing programs
• Using AI tools to:
  • Speed up content creation
  • Improve output and consistency
• Keeping messaging aligned across all channels

Required Experience and Proof

• Experience executing marketing campaigns (not just assisting)
• Comfortable with:
  • Social media tools
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Basic website updates
• Ability to show examples of past work (posts, campaigns, etc.)

Required

• Basic firearms knowledge
• Must be legally able to purchase firearms

Strong Plus

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in real workflows
• Exposure to ads, SEO, or landing pages

Compensation, Schedule, Location

• Full-time role
• Based across two store locations
• Health benefits + PTO
• Employee purchase program
• Salary range: $48,000 – $55,000, based on experience and demonstrated ability to execute

This role is evaluated based on measurable results, specifically store traffic growth and inbound lead generation.
