Qualifications Required
7-10 years of experience in product management, business architecture, consulting, or revenue-facing business roles. Proven ownership of enterprise-scale products or initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes, revenue margin, deal velocity, productivity. Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, including opportunity management, pricing, and margin strategy, proposals, and services. Solution selling.
Firsthand experience with AI-enabled capabilities, LLMs, copilots, agents, automation, embedded into production business workflows. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Strong executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. Experience driving adoption and change for complex enterprise tools or platforms.
Preferred Experience Designing or governing LLM-powered or agent-based capabilities in production environments. Familiarity with CRM platforms, e.g., Salesforce, productivity ecosystems, e.g., Microsoft 365, and AI-integrated sales tools. Experience scaling products from pilot to enterprise adoption with measurable ROI.
Background in consulting, transformation, business architecture, or strategic advisory roles. Knowledge of responsible AI data governance and enterprise risk practices. Product Agile, Lean, or Change Management certifications, e.g., CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci.
Salary Range
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $175,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure, and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
